Attorney-at-Law registered and qualified in Brazil and Portugal and specialized in arbitration, João Lupi advise clients on the full scope of their international business, operations and cross border investments. Currently based in Portugal with M&A, Corporate , Compliance, Real estate and IP as main practice areas.

In his early career, João Lupi was a Legal consultant at International Corporation Services Group (ICSL Iberia), where provided international corporate and tax law advisory and assistance.

As an Attorney-at-Law and after five years associated with Anselmo Vaz, Afra & Associados, which has a best friend’s agreement with the international  Law Firm Bird & Bird, João Lupi was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with Reys Cavalcanti Advogados. Apart from dealling with several business and litigations of its international clients, João Lupi was Head of international business development.

Later joined Telles de Abreu Law Firm, where played an important role on their Corporate and real estate department. After being associated with Telles de Abreu Law Firm, João Lupi founded João Lupi Advogados in 2016.
